What should be paid attention to when adjusting the roll height of the plate bending machine:

1. According to the regulations in machine lubrication, oil the lubrication points of each oil cup and manual lubrication points as required.

2. Roll the plate according to the parameters specified by the purchased plate coiler.

3. After the power is turned on, carry out the lifting movement of the lower roll in both the positive and negative directions and the upper roll, and check whether there is abnormal jamming in each movement.

4. Strictly follow the rolling plate processing procedures and operation methods, and pay attention to the safe operation of the equipment when the upper roll is lifted to the limit position.

5. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roll can be lifted and lowered, the tilting reset of the overturning bearing and the tilting of the upper roll can be carried out.

6. During operation, if irregular noise, impact and other abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

7. During operation, all personnel shall coordinate with each other and follow the command of the person in charge of the rolling plate. It is forbidden to start the machine without a password.

8. During the rolling operation, pay attention to that the hand is pressed by the steel plate and rolled in together with the steel plate.

9. When lifting steel plate or drum with crane, be careful not to collide with the machine.

After the rolling is completed, the materials shall be used up and the site shall be cleaned after the work is completed, the equipment shall be maintained and the power supply shall be turned off in time.
